Turkey is high in selenium, vitamin B3 and B6, and is an excellent source of protein. Turkey is also a great source of tryptophan, which produces serotonin and plays an important role in strengthening the immune system.

Solid block of necks

The turkey necks are fantastic but I would love to see a couple of layers put in the box to separate them to make it easier to get them apart. That would be much appreciated.
