• You do not have to be home to receive your delivery. If you are not home at the time of your delivery, your order will be left at the address provided. Please understand that delivery drivers will not enter your home, or your yard under any circumstances. 

    Back to Basics will not be held responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items if you are not home to receive your order. **Deliveries to apartment buildings and rural properties please see below.** 

  • DELIVERY INFORMATION

    • Delivery is free for orders over $100 (One free delivery per month, mulitple deliveries in one month will be subject to a $10 delivery fee.)
    • Orders placed Monday and Tuesday will be delivered Thursday between 2:00pm & 8:00pm.
    • Orders Placed Wednesday and Thursday will be delivered Saturday between 10:00am & 3:00pm.
    • Orders placed Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be delivered Tuesday 2:00pm & 8:00pm.
    • Airdrie will receive delivery Tuesday afternoon/ evening. Please have your order placed no later than Sunday. 
    • Deliveries west of the Calgary city limits will be delivered every other Thursday. (This includes Cochrane and all rural properties.) Order cut off is Tuesday the week of delivery. Deliveries for the month of October will be December 12th & Saturday Dec 28th.
    • Deliveries East and South of the Calgary city limits will be delivered on the first Thursday of the month. (This includes Okotoks, Chestermere and all rural properties.) Order cut off is Tuesday the week of delivery. Next delivery is December 5th.

    You will receive email confirmation from us regarding delivery information. Please be sure to check your junk email. 

    You will receive a text message when your order is out for delivery and once it has been delivered. Please ensure that you have a current cell phone number on your account.

  •   RURAL DELIVERIES

    For rural deliveries please contact us before placing your order, to confirm if you are within our delivery area.You must send us a pin with your exact location and gps coordinates with every order. If you cannot provide this information your order will not be delivered.If your property has a closed gate, your order will be left outside your gate.If you wish to have your order taken to your door, please ensure your gate is left open and dogs on the property are contained.We are unable to deliver to propetries with loose dogs.

  •   APARTMENT DELIVERIES

    There must be parking available directly in front of your building or a loading zone. Orders will not be delivered to individual apartments, your order will be delivered to the main entrance. You will receive a text to let you know your order has arrived.

  •   DELIVERY RADIUS

    If you are outside of the below areas, please contact us reagrding delivery.

    • We deliver to Calgary, Airdrie, Okotoks, Cochrane, Chestermere and Langdon. Please see above for delivery schedule.

  •   DELIVERY FEES

    • First time orders over $50 qualify for free delivery. Use coupon code FREESHIP when checking out.
    • Delivery is free for orders over $100 within Calgary, Airdrie, Chestermere, Okotoks, Langdon and Cochrane.
    • Rural deliveries are free for orders over $200 (please ensure you are within our delivery radius before placing your order)
