Herring Cubes aren't "user" friendly for a dog snack

We like to give our 3 large dogs frozen raw fish as a treat now & again but find these cubes are SO frozen that they don't break apart at all without thawing them first. We don't especially want to feed our dogs 2lbs of fish in one sitting (they're supposed to be a treat, not a meal) so we won't be purchasing these again. It would be great if there was a way to freeze them or separate them individually so we could pop them from the freezer to the dog's mouth.
