Change Your Order
If you would like to change your order, understand that delivery will be within 48 hours of the day that the order was order changed. To change your order, let us know by phone or email.

Incorrect Order
If you receive an incorrect order, let us know by phone or email and the error will be corrected and delivered within 48 hours.

Lost or Stolen Orders
Back to Basics Raw Pet Food is cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen items upon delivery of your order.

Returns
Please note that for health safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of raw pet food. All raw pet food sales are final.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a product sold on the Site is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, The Back to Basics Raw Pet Food reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product listed at the incorrect price. The Back to Basics Raw Pet Food reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, The Back to Basics Raw Pet Food shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

All prices listed on the Site are subject to change without notice. The Back to Basics Raw Pet Food will need to modify prices from time to time and is not able to honor lower prices previously posted on the Site.
